In Indonesia, a dog abandoned in a forest in critical condition was given a second chance at life when a couple decided to offer her a home.
It’s no secret that some pets don’t have a happy start in life. This is particularly true of Little Hope, a little dog who went through a difficult period a few weeks ago.
Indeed, the ball of fur was abandoned in a forest in Bali (Indonesia), reports the specialized website Wamiz. And to say the least, Little Hope was in a sorry state.

The poor pooch had contracted scabies, a very painful skin disease. But that’s not all! He could no longer use his hind legs. Luckily, Little Hope was rescued by a local association, Dog Rescue Bali.
A loving couple put a smile on Little Hope’s face
On site, the dog received all the care she needed to get better. Once this stage was complete, Little Hope was placed in a warm and loving foster home. As Wamiz explains, the dog quickly adapted to her new environment.
Hope received an avalanche of love from her temporary family. It’s against this backdrop that the four-legged friend has come into her own. Little Hope has undergone a veritable metamorphosis thanks to her owners, as shown in a video posted on the TikTok social network.
Today, the little dog can use her hind legs. One thing’s for sure: Little Hope has sweated blood to achieve this feat. She had to undergo physical therapy to regain the use of her limbs.
